ShelterSol Property Development Department is geared to deliver the actual shelter to our valued customers. Armed with adequate funding from ShelterSol Finance (Pvt) LTD and affordable construction material from ShelterSol Manufacturing department, this department is ready to deliver affordable housing solutions within a reasonable period of time. The Department delivers the following housing products to our valued clients:

This Department's mandate is mainly the provision of affordable building materials, tools and equipment for ShelterSol Property Development and the open market. The idea is to control the cost of housing delivery in Zimbabwe since most of the costs of shelter are attributable to construction materials. In short ShelterSol Manufacturing offers the following products:
